Friday & Saturday, March 2 & 3, 7 - 11 p.m. - Individual Artists of Oklahoma announces the 15th Annual BITING THE APPLE ART EXHIBITION to be hosted at our fabulous Gallery Space on Historic Automobile Alley. This year's theme is Eros in Time: History of Erotica, a creative investigation of eroticism in art throughout the ages.

Friday, April 6 - 5:30 -8 p.m. - Opening reception and awards ceremony for EdgeArtNow 2007, IAO's 17th annual juried exhibition of selected mixed media works with two categories of competition-mixed media and installation art. This years juror is Robert Bubp, Assistant Professor of Foundation, Painting and Drawing at Wichita State University. Bubp studied at the University of Georgia, Athens (BFA Painting and Drawing) and Georgia State University (MFA Painting). An installation artist, painter, and photographer, Bubp has exhibited in various venues from Charlotte, North Carolina, to Imatra, Finland. EdgeArtNow 2007 is made possible by generous donations from local mixed media artists, Michi Susan and William R. Struby. This exhibition will run through April 27.
